Active Tree planting in Ashanti
Ashanti Region, Ghana Sustainability

Ashanti Hillside Reforestation

Replanting depleted indigenous tree species on hillsides affected by illegal mining, restoring natural habitats and securing local water sources.

Current Impact: 25,000 indigenous trees planted; 120 hectares of slope soils stabilized.

Clean Water Borehole Initiative

Drilling solar-powered community wells to provide clean, filtered drinking water to over five remote villages, reducing waterborne diseases by 90%.

Current Impact: 12 boreholes drilled; 8,500 villagers gained reliable clean water access.

Solar School Power Grids

Providing off-grid solar electricity to three community primary schools, enabling night classes, computer learning, and basic local grid support.
